Sharpe Construction - Subcontractors

Sharpe Construction is always looking for high quality subcontractors, suppliers and vendors for our projects throughout the Southeast. Please complete the web form on this page to be contacted regarding business opportunities with Sharpe Construction.

Subcontractors, wishing to bid on Sharpe Construction projects, must meet certain requirements. These include but are not limited to the following:

W-9: You must provide a current and accurate W-9 form.
Proof of Insurance: You must be able to provide a certificate of insurance with the policy holder listed matching the name or individual listed on the W-9.
1. Coverage must be current and remain current through the anticipated duration of the project.
2. Sharpe Construction, Inc. must be listed as an additional insured.
3. The certificate holder must be listed as Sharpe Construction, Inc., 5018 Bristol Industrial Way, Suite 204, Buford, GA 30518.
4. The certificate must be signed by an authorized representative of the insurance company.
5. You must provide 30 days notice to Sharpe Construction, Inc. prior to cancellation of the insurance coverage.
6. Failure to provide a current certificate of insurance will result in a charge being levied against your company to cover the cost of coverage, for your company throughout the duration of the project, as well as any administrative fees.
7. Coverage limits: The insurance policy must meet the following minimum coverage limits:
  1. Worker’s compensation statutory limits
  2. Comprehensive general liability
  3. Bodily Injury $1,000,000
  4. Property Damage $1,000,000
  5. Comprehensive Auto liability $1,000,000
