Subcontractors, wishing to bid on Sharpe Construction projects, must meet certain requirements. These include but are not limited to the following:
- W-9: You must provide a current and accurate W-9 form.
- Proof of Insurance: You must be able to provide a certificate of insurance with the policy holder listed matching the name or individual listed on the W-9.
- Coverage must be current and remain current through the anticipated duration of the project.
- Sharpe Construction, Inc. must be listed as an additional insured.
- The certificate holder must be listed as Sharpe Construction, Inc., 5018 Bristol Industrial Way, Suite 204, Buford, GA 30518.
- The certificate must be signed by an authorized representative of the insurance company.
- You must provide 30 days notice to Sharpe Construction, Inc. prior to cancellation of the insurance coverage.
- Failure to provide a current certificate of insurance will result in a charge being levied against your company to cover the cost of coverage, for your company throughout the duration of the project, as well as any administrative fees.
- Coverage limits: The insurance policy must meet the following minimum coverage limits:
- Worker’s compensation statutory limits
- Comprehensive general liability
- Bodily Injury $1,000,000
- Property Damage $1,000,000
- Comprehensive Auto liability $1,000,000
